250ml (1 cup) fresh lime juice, chilled1/2 teaspoon salt2 tablespoons sugarIce cubes, to serveLime wedges, to serveWater (Optional)
Step1   Combine the lime juice, salt, and sugar in a large jug and stir well until the sugar and salt dissolve. Add water and stir to combine. Step 2 Place the ice cubes and lime wedges in glasses and add the lime juice and water
Serve immediately.
